How do I Pay for my MB Smart Subscription?
- Click on the MB Smart App
- Click on Payments
- Click on Pay (it’s all the way at the bottom)
- Click on your Subscription Plan
- Fill out the payment details and click subscribe
What do I do if updating my apps from the MB Smart’s Open store App didn't work?
- Click on the MB Smart App
- Click on Contact support
- Click I need a new app, Open Playstore
- Type in your Pin
- Read the prompt and Click Ok
- Type in how long you want the Play store to be open and then click Request
- Update your apps as usual
How do I request a blocked App?
- Click on the MB Smart App
- Click on Contact support
- Click Request a Blocked App
- Click the app that you want to unblock
- Type in your Pin
How do I update my apps?
- Click on the MB Smart App
- Click on Open Store
- Click Check next to the App that you want to update
- Read the prompt and click Check
- The rest will happen on its own
How do I add a Website to my Whitelist?
- Click on the MB Smart App
- Click on Contact support
- Click Request a Site
- Type in your Pin
- Type in the URL (www.yourwebsite.com (this must be exact)
- Click Submit

- Click on the MB Smart App
- Click on Contact support
- Click Block an App
- Click the app you want to block
- Type in your Pin
- Read the prompt and Click OK
