How do I Pay for my MB Smart Subscription?

  1. Click on the MB Smart App 
  2. Click on Payments
  3. Click on Pay (it’s all the way at the bottom)
  4. Click on your Subscription Plan 
  5. Fill out the payment details and click subscribe

What do I do if updating my apps from the MB Smart’s Open store App didn't work?

  1. Click on the MB Smart App
  2. Click on Contact support
  3. Click I need a new app, Open Playstore
  4. Type in your Pin 
  5. Read the prompt and Click Ok 
  6. Type in how long you want the Play store to be open and then click Request
  7. Update your apps as usual

How do I request a blocked App?

  1. Click on the MB Smart App
  2. Click on Contact support
  3. Click Request a Blocked App
  4. Click the app that you want to unblock
  5. Type in your Pin

How do I update my apps?

  1. Click on the MB Smart App
  2. Click on Open Store
  3. Click Check next to the App that you want to update
  4. Read the prompt and click Check
  5. The rest will happen on its own 

How do I add a Website to my Whitelist?

  1. Click on the MB Smart App
  2. Click on Contact support
  3. Click Request a Site
  4. Type in your Pin
  5. Type in the URL (www.yourwebsite.com (this must be exact) 
  6. Click Submit

  1. Click on the MB Smart App
  2. Click on Contact support
  3. Click Block an App
  4. Click the app you want to block
  5. Type in your Pin
  6. Read the prompt and Click OK
